Refund policy

At Love Cherish Store, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This policy explains the conditions and steps for returning eligible T-shirts and requesting a refund.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a standard return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or use beyond reasonable inspection may not qualify for a standard return.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email hello@lovecherishstore.com with the following information:

Your order number.
The product or products you wish to return.
The reason for your return.
Photos, if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the applicable return address.

Please do not send returns to our business contact address unless we specifically confirm that it is the correct return destination.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us before returning it. After reviewing the issue, we will explain the available resolution and any applicable return shipping arrangements.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for customer-initiated change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law or where we confirm otherwise.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after refund approval for processing, although the time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a direct exchange is unavailable, you may request a return under this policy and place a new order.

Items That Arrive Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide your order number, a description of the problem, and supporting photos when available. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
